Transition movement co-founder Rob Hopkins has seen first-hand local green and radical transformations and new forms of democratic leadership developing locally across the world and in his own home town of Totnes\, England.\nHere\, the community has established its own housing developers\, energy company\, business incubator and local food network – with cascading benefits for the community that go far beyond individual projects.
