However\, it is still in the future that citizens’ assemblies are institutionalized as a permanent participation format. \nHow do we institutionalize citizen gatherings in Nordic cities? What are the barriers to implementing permanent citizen gatherings? And how can we use components of citizen gatherings\, such as drawing lots\, deliberation\, and everyday expert knowledge\, as permanent tools in the municipal toolbox? \nJoin us as we hear from the Nordic cities that are leading the way on institutionalization.
