Pil is a senior consultant and responsible for administration and communication at We Do Democracy. She works with project management, concept development, process design, facilitation and analysis and is passionate about creating solutions that make a difference.

With a background in ethnology and applied cultural analysis, Pil has a strong focus on the human perspective and uses qualitative methods to gain insight into people’s lives, needs and aspirations. She develops deep insights and clear recommendations that are easy to implement and form the basis for human-centered strategies, communications, services and products.

Pil is passionate about involvement, where different target groups actively participate and feel heard. With a focus on real impact, she strives to create changes that reflect the wishes and needs of citizens. For Pil, it is fundamental to a well-functioning democracy that citizens have the opportunity to influence decisions that shape their everyday lives.

Pil has extensive experience with qualitative methods, stakeholder and urban space analysis, and has a sharp analytical mind, combined with a great overview and focus on progress and implementation.

Prior to We Do Democracy, Pil has experience as a consultant and project manager at Byplanlaboratoriet, Science City Lyngby and Schulze+Grassov. She is particularly good at analyzing complex issues, planning large events and keeping an overview from start to finish.

At We Do Democracy, Pil ensures high quality and overview in tasks, develops new projects and leads workshops and conferences. She is structured and analytical, with a strong sense of making things happen. Pil is curious, engaged and laughs – and always focuses on making work meaningful and rewarding.

Competencies:

  • Qualitative methods and analysis: User and urban space analysis, stakeholder analysis and fieldwork.
  • Project management and implementation: Planning and coordinating large projects and events with a focus on structure and progress.
  • Communication and communication: Experience in developing clear recommendations and communicating complex issues in an understandable and implementable way.
