Hannibal is a Junior Consultant at We Do Democracy, where he contributes to a variety of tasks across the organization’s work. As a project assistant, he supports with planning, documentation and resource management and assists with the coordination and execution of various events, such as citizen gatherings and events associated with the Democracy Garage. As Democracy Fitness Coordinator, Hannibal focuses on the practical tasks and responsibilities involved in coordinating the activities associated with the Democracy Fitness program.With his interdisciplinary background from the Sustainable Design program at Aalborg University and previous work experience, Hannibal brings skills in working with sustainable transition in SMEs and municipalities, facilitation of complex problem-oriented design processes and active involvement of actors across sectors. Hannibal is particularly curious about how citizens can be involved in the green transition to a greater extent, so that the development work can be more locally anchored.
