Amund is a junior consultant at We Do Democracy, where he works with democratic development methods, citizen gatherings and the link between the local and global perspective.

Amund Workers at the intersection of climate, sustainability and social change. With a MSc i human ecology and a BA in Natur– and Kulture mediation works he with creating engaging processes that allow people to explore their relationship with climate, nature and future through both dialog and artistic approaches.

Amund has experience with project management and facilitation in international contexts, including EEA projects with a focus on social inclusion and sustainability. He has worked closely with youth and local communities in both Nordic and Eastern Europe and is interested in how hope, fear and responsibility can be collectively processed in the face of the climate and biodiversity crisis.

Professionally, Amund is particularly interested in power structures, change theory and the psychological and social mechanisms that shape society’s development path. Han sees deliberative processes as a key tool to counteract concentration of power and support long-term, sustainable solutions.
