1) REIMAGINE THE BUILT INVIRONMENT

12. September 2024 kl. 9:00 - 15:00

1) REIMAGINE THE BUILT INVIRONMENT

Registration required via this link

Language: English

Together with BLOXHUB’s REGEN network, we invite you to rethink and reimagine the built environment.

The construction industry today is one of the biggest drivers of overconsumption, climate change and biodiversity loss and suffers from a slow pace of innovation and change.
In this two-day workshop, we invite key actors, stakeholders and researchers in the built environment to take stock, join forces, strengthen our collective imagination and pause to ask: What happens if we unleash our collective imagination and do everything we possibly can to move from climate and ecological collapse to a built environment where humans thrive in balance with the Earth’s life-support systems?

With this workshop, we offer a space for reflection, immersion and imagination in the industry, using Copenhagen as a case study and playground with activities that exercise our collective imagination muscles and build capacity and enthusiasm to be the transformative catalysts that bring big, bold and bright ideas to the table in boardrooms, council rooms and living rooms.
We will play with ambitious ideas, time travel and bring positive futures into our current work.
This workshop will be part of BLOXHUB’s new applied science program, which builds and supports a network of research and industry actors for a regenerative built environment.
By attending, you will help shape the priorities and direction of this network.
