Why do we vote – and what can a vote actually do? At the first morning coffee of the Election Festival, we explore how our current democratic design distributes power and representation, and what happens when not everyone feels seen and heard.
The panel consists of: Sarah Steinitz, Research Consultant, Queen Mary Center – University of Copenhagen, author and power elite researcher, Zakia Elvang, CEO and democracy advisor at We Do Democracy, Uffe Elbæk, author, former Minister of Culture (R) and political leader and MF (ALT), partner in Tomorrow Collective and Ulrik Kjær, Professor, Department of Political Science, University of Southern Denmark.
The conversation is moderated by Kolja Dahlin, Senior Consultant at We Do Democracy
The event is free and open to all, and Flere Fugle will serve coffee and breakfast for the early birds.
