Webinar: What have we learned from a year working actively with mobilising and organising volunteers?

Do you work – professionally or in your spare time – with activating and organizing volunteers? Are you interested in diving deep into how mobilizing and integration can be made better? Then this webinar is for you!

For almost a year we have been looking into the organizational work of volunteering. With interviews, workshops and support work, we have been able to take a look into the engine rooms of five Nordic climate activist groups.

At this webinar, we will share some of the learnings from our project which we have called “Grow Activists”.

You will get to hear more about:
1. The methods of the project
2. Concrete tools and efforts that we have made
3. The “stream” of joining a voluntary organization

Afterwards, there will be a talk exploring what we can use these findings for – not just in climate youth organisations, but in the broader field of voluntary organisations working to push for change.
