Ingvild is an intern at WeDoDemocracy, where she is affiliated with Københavnersamling and Københavnertinget.

Ingvild is studying for a Master’s degree in Political Science at the University of Copenhagen, where she specializes in gender equality, democratic challenges and innovation. As part of her thesis, she has followed the Copenhagen Parliament with a focus on diversity and inclusion of marginalized citizens in deliberative processes.

She has previously worked in political advocacy, secretarial services and project management. She is a strong communicator with a keen eye for democratic processes and policy development. She is also skilled at organizing and planning various projects.
