Naja is an intern at We Do Democracy. She will assist in designing and facilitating citizen collections, help with reporting, and create visual material for the citizen collections.

Naja is studying a Master’s degree in Human Ecology at Lund University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Aarhus University. Throughout her bachelor’s degree, she has been very interested in communication and has both organized and facilitated lectures, documentary screenings, made ethnographic exhibitions and taken courses in visual anthropology.

Naja is passionate about climate, justice and political change, which has been a recurring theme in her projects throughout her studies. Her latest fascination is the impact of economics on climate change and the sustainable transition, which is why, alongside her internship, she works as a project worker in the organization Rethinking Economics Denmark, where she facilitates a network to figure out how green organizations can start engaging with economic theory in their important work for a green, just future.
