Simone is sharp in organizational development with a special focus on capacity building of organizations’ democratic processes. She is a strategic thinker and has previously worked with strategy development, advocacy and political communication, which makes her skilled at translating goals into action. At We Do Democracy, she has designed and facilitated several citizen gatherings and citizen meetings with many stakeholders, and can therefore drive large deliberative participation and involvement processes.

Simone is driven by organizational development and processes to create valuable change and impact for both the organizations, stakeholders and citizens and contribute to the surrounding society. This also means that she has a special eye for implementation and anchoring in the processes and projects she is engaged in.

Simone is a senior consultant at We Do Democracy and holds a Master’s degree in Political Communication and Management from Copenhagen Business School, and has previously worked in the Confederation of Danish Industry, the political secretariat at Alternativet, and the Confederation of Danish Employers, including political advocacy, project development and strategic communication.
