Sofie is one of our sharp project managers in the development of citizen gatherings, representation and youth engagement processes and Democracy Fitness. Sofie is an enthusiast with experience in working with mobilization, engagement and involvement. Especially for young people and other underrepresented groups in society.

Having grown up in the world of education, Sofie has a great passion for that arena – both for the method and for organizations that educate and shape people, and therefore has a keen eye for how initiatives and processes can be used to develop and anchor organizations.

Sofie holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Aarhus University, where she specialized in climate communication, citizens’ green transition and political theory. She has experience from Frie Skolers Lærerforening, working as an instructor at Aarhus University, civil society organizations and the Danish Parliament.
