Purpose

The camp will enable you to train Democracy Fitness. It will give you a basic understanding of Democracy Fitness as a concept, learning style and method. The day consists of an interplay between your own participation in different training sessions, facilitation of training, observation and ongoing feedback and reflections from trainers and the other participants.

• 💪🏽 Introduction to all 10 democracy muscles and training to run the trainings yourself
• 💪🏽 Facilitation moves that you should use when practicing Democracy Fitness, but that you can also use when you are on the floor in other contexts
• 💪🏽 Tools for creating impact to seize the space
