The Masterclass in Democracy Fitness will give you a basic understanding of democratic fitness as a concept, learning style and method. After the Masterclass you are a democracy fitness trainer. In the masterclass we mix participation in different training sessions, facilitating training, observation and ongoing feedback and reflections from trainers among other masterclass participants.
